Default Converting rear drum brakes

Any idea how to convert rear drum brakes to disk on a 77 lemans can it be done easily? What would i need?

We offer 2 setups: one will fit most 14" and up, the drum-in-hat setup needs 15" disc and up wheels. The smaller setup uses the Eldo calipers which are somewhat expensive and tetchy.
