Default Oil weight

What weight synthetic motor oil is everyone using in the 230 OHC sprint? I was going to use the Amsoil z rod with zddp. Any recommendations on oil filters?

I always had great luck with Mobile 1, 10-30 with a can of EOS. EOS is sold under the GM and Mopar logo. Same can/bottle., same contents, different label. I don't know about Ford. They may have it also.

Thumbs up

I'm still happy with VR1 10-30 for over 4 years now. It's all in one with no needed additives.
Any PF24 equivalent that isn't FRAM will be fine.
