1967 Firebird with 4 spd Changing from automatic
My 67 was original 4spd. When I got the car the 4spd was missing. So I put a m40 in. Now I'm thinking go with a 4spd. I bought a 67 Firebird 4spd from Jim Mino. I bought a McLeod 11 inch pressure plate and disc years ago sitting in cold garage. I was going to use oem flywheel now I'm thinking better to go aftermarket. Which flywheel should I buy? Also throw out bearing? I need the clutch fork also? I have oem bellhousing and a Lakewood with blockplate. Also Lakewood clutch fork new. Any recommendations basically street car use. Thanks.

Your gonna need a really long ball stud if you use the lake wood.
