Using 2.93 8.5 out back so gearset is different:

Gear Ratio-Fourth 1.00
Gear Ratio-Second 1.98
Gear Ratio-Third 1.34

I do not see that TKO's are being offered anymore.
2.93 gear with a .72 - wow! What is your RPM at 80 mph? I assume the TKO 600 is discontinued...the one in my Lemans was installed in 2018

2:87 first. Had a tko500 with 3;27 gear in my Beaumont. First gear was almost useless until I changed to 3;08 on rear

They still show the TKO on their website.

Calcs show 2,148 @ 80 mph.

The TKX is a game changer! I installed it in my ‘65 GTO about a year ago and I agree that it’s one of the best upgrades that can be made to a classic car.. I can now drive it anywhere - even long trips on the highway. I no longer have to drive at 55 mph in the right lane while the motor is screaming, the temp gauge is rising and the fuel gauge and is dropping like a stone……

Yep. It's one of the best mods a person could do for one of these cars.

When I got the car, the engine build and trans had about 300 miles on it and now has 570. Shifts are smooth under normal driving but under spirited RPM the 2-3 shift will grind.
Mine was scratching in the previous iteration. With this new engine I am gonna dial everything back in as best as I possibly can and see if it stops
