Is this open to the public or only to those showing/bringing a car? My car is still on driving but I would love to swing by if it is open to the public.

The show is open to the public to walk around and view the cars (free of charge to spectate), and show entries are also available to anyone with a Buick, Olds, Pontiac or Cadillac. Club membership not required to enter your car in the show.

I used to live about 4 miles from there (Val Vista and Southern).

That would have been from 1990 to 1994 timeframe.

I stopped by for a few hours today, a very nice selection of Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles, and Buicks were there. The vehicles were arranged by make and model which made for easy viewing. Here are a few pics, my only complaint is I did not see a single 70-72 LeMans, in fact I'm not sure I saw a single LeMans.

Nice show, glad to see they ousted GMC, they need to do that here in the poci clubs. There’s Chevy clubs the truck guys can join.

I can understand why but at the same time it might have given the show more exposure and even more attendance to include GMC.
