Default Measurement needed RAIV firebird

I am wondering if anyone has a measurement from the carb top to bottom of the hood directly above the carb center stud .

I wondering if I could modify a lower pan to make the RAIV set up work with my dual quad RAV engine in my bird. Without the 2 inch spacers wig was originally raced with it sits approximately 2.75 below. Can’t measure mine cause the RAV is already in place.
I could alter a fiberglass lower to gain a little if needed just wondering is if it’s at least close . A measurement to the upper pan would be ok too I could use my pan to judge the difference

I know thise has been done w the RAV single 4 barrel but I want to do it w my dual quad V thanks
.

A repo TA hood without the upper pan will give you the most underhood room.Tom

Thanks Tom but I want t run my stock RAIV hood w the RAIV pans. I just want to alter a glass lower pan for my dual quad RAV if that’s possible . Suppose I can dig out my RAIV intake and carb and measure to the top off the intake flange and compare w the dual quad RAV if no one has this measurement handy .
