Pictures saved for posterity. The seller is in Menomonie, WI which isn't that far away but I have nowhere to put it. The thing looks terrifying.

He has lowered the price to $975.00! Might want to put a fresh batch of Harbor Freight ratchet straps on it and grease the shopping cart front wheels before taking off. Somehow, I can see pouring a little gas down the carb and some jumper cables and hit the key or knife switch or whatever cranks it and your ready to take off for the great beyond! One way or another.

IF it did fly there'd be some serious oil starvation, and that nose down engine install just makes things worse

Would be a good "Vice Grip Garage" rescue!!

Engine looks to be a pretty early Pontiac..

I'd pull the engine, to see what it's got going for itself...or not.
Not sure what to do with the leftovers? Scrap prices are way down right now......

64-65 389. According to the ad anyways. I'm thinking 65, because that
looks like a TH400 with a long tailshaft.

Keep it together? No, no, no. I'm not crazy. Hear me out. Repurpose
what's already there. My brain sees a backwoods sawmill. A 6.5 liter
tablesaw. Might want to keep it on the small side, 'cause it's almost
as dangerous as a whirlybird (but infinitely more practical).
