Just a quick update on the channel - I'm at 808 subscribers and 3,266 public watch hours. I think I'll hit the required 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours in January or so and then I will be eligible for monetization. Figure I'll bring in $100 or $200 a month at first.

I have 16 videos up now and I'm averaging about 2 per month. I'm still learning when it comes to what content people like, and what turns them off (i.e., poor sound quality!).

Plan is to continue to grow the channel and continue to post videos. Editing the footage is a real time suck but posting videos keeps me on task with the projects.

Long overdue update -- I'm at 3,000+ subscribers, 35 videos, and I'm monetized, but only making about $60/month.

Just retired from the Army after 26+ years of active duty and hope to be able to post more content.

Latest video is up - it's a 1991 F350 crew cab diesel dually that I rescued from a ranch in central Texas.
