Default Unitized Ignition Parts! Original Spark Plug Wire set, etc

More garage cleaning finds:

1972 to 1974 Unitized Ignition System parts: (FYI: it was a mandatory option on all 1972 455HO Formulas, optional on the 72 Trans Ams)

8912126 Original Unitized Ignition spark plug wire set with the "octopus" loom intact. Very nice condition. Dated 1Q 1973. Terminals look good with minor wear. No cracks or splits in the wires. Original 135 degree, angled boots. Not reproduced anywhere. $400

The wire set can be used as is or follow the attached links where I previously successfully restored a set on my old Black 72 455HO using a new set of dated coded spark plug wires and a really sharp razor blade and a lot of weatherstrip adhesive. :-) ...and a lot of bandaids.

NOS 1847978 Distributor cap with the small contact spring still attached on top (Usually when you see these on ebay they are missing that impossible-to-find spring. The car won't run without it) $125

1847953 Ignition Coil. The bottom terminal mating surface looks untouched and unmarked but I would still consider it used. $125

1847993 Rotor (used) it has markings from where the coil carbon tower was riding on it so it is obviously a previously used piece. This is a unique part and was only used on the unitized distributors. If you accidentally put a regular points-style rotor in one of these distributors your result would be like throwing lugnuts in a blender. $100

1112203 1973 Unitized distributor. Date code is "3A31". Certified rebuilt unit by Cardone with attached ignition module intact. $150

1870953 Ignition Module. It is a used one that came on another Cardone rebuilt unit I purchased, just so I'd have a spare module. The boxes and instructions came with a NOS module I found but I am including them since they have some useful info and the original tube of heat sinc lube for mounting the module to the distributor. $125

I would do a discounted package deal in case someone is interested in the whole bunch of stuff.

Shipping and insurance is extra. Pickup is welcome in NJ.

Thank you,

Steve at nk15268@hotmail.com

All prices lowered. I have no use for this stuff so I'd like to see it go to someone who can use it to restore one of these old, weird ignition systems that were only used for a couple years in Pontiacs before the advent of the HEI system.

Original Unitized Ignition spark plug wire set with the "octopus" loom intact. $225 OBO

NOS 1847978 Distributor cap $99 OBO

1847953 Ignition Coil. $99 OBO

1847993 Rotor $50 OBO

1112203 1973 complete unitized distributor. $125 OBO

1870953 Ignition Module. $99 OBO

(Plus shipping and insurance)

Thank you, Steve
