Default 1970 GTO windshield trim clips????

I saw these clips in the Ames catalog and they intrigued me, as I have never seen them on a car, so I bought them. Can anyone tell me where they go? The trim on my two cars seems to be held perfectly with just the screws. I suppose I could call Ames, but where is the fun in that?
They are listed as
G127B 68-72 lower windshield stainless MOI
and in the bag is a tag that says
Cowl Chrome Strip Clips
PN# INL10533 - 4pc
68-72 GM A-body front windshield lower chrome trim end clips on cowl and screws - Holds the end of the chrome trim in place

Thanks.

Those are located at the ends of the molding. The molding slips under the clip.

So there must be a dimple/filled hole on my cars. If I understand correctly, the clip is outside of the molding, and I can just attach these now with the molding in place.

I would say yes if your fenders are off. It looks like in the pic, the fender would cover those. I don't remember using them myself.
