Default 62 4spd inspection plate ( small)

the two metal plates sit against each other, the act a "boot", so every time your shifting, they slide against each other. I would assume after a long period of time, they wear out, or may make noise? Does not look like a great design. I placed grease between plates to help lubricate and prevent wear.

Ah, right - Do You still need those? Do you have the goofy spring that goes with it?

I think that is '61 and '62 only...

Mods, sorry to get technical here - I just thought it'd help the likelihood of the OP finding what's sought.
