Does anyone have a Rochester Tripower end carb from a '57 or '58 Pontiac setup to sell? I believe a Chevrolet end carb from '58 or '59 would work as well. Also, '57/'58 Olds J2 end carbs are the same as Pontiacs.

I could use just the airhorn or a complete carb to complete a '57 setup I'm building. I've attached a picture of a fairly original '57 setup to show you what the end carbs look like.

These are not end carbs, but the pics show the tops of two carbs that I have. They appear to be from that era. One is complete, the other has no base.

Let me know if they are useful.

They are much better than what I have. I would have no problem with blocking off the choke shaft holes, but the vent is not so simple. I guess I could leave the one as is--I have another mushroom cover for the one that has it missing.

I have a J2 setup i believe and i thought if ok,if i posted a couple of pics if i could ask someone to confirm so i know what to asdk for the setup as i'll never use them.Don't mean to jack the thread,but appreciate if someones willing to take a look. Thanks,DeWayne

Can you post some pictures of the setup? I would be interested if the price is right. They have the same carbs as Pontiac used in '57/'58.
