Light blue headliner material
Does anybody know where I can find a light blue headliner material with perforated holes for a 79 trans am ??

Have you tried sms fabrics? I would suspect that was not a popular colour and you may have a hard time finding it. I assume you have already looked at the obvious places, AMES, YO, Classic, NPD, etc.?

When I did mine, year one had the best selection. On a roll. Don’t buy the folded stuff.
