Default 65 bonneville 2 tone paint

Does anyone have any pics of a big car with 2 tone paint. I'm wanting to do dark blue on top white on bottom. I mainly need to make sure where to break the paint by the back window. Thanks

I used to own this 65 Grand Prix. The break line was right where a vinyl roof would have been, and it had the same chrome trim as a vinyl roof car at the break line.

Of course a GP has a different style roof than a Bonneville, but I think the color break line would be at the same spot.

You will need a set of 65/66 B body vinyl roof moldings.

Thanks for the pics and info. I wonder how difficult it is to find those mouldings?

For it to look factory you will need the mouldings. Mine was painted in 72 & has no mouldings. Its going to be painted soon & will go back as it is without the moulding trim.

You could try Steve Barcak at Pontiac Heaven. He posts here occasionally, or you could try his website or facebook page. http://www.pontiacheaven.org or https://www.facebook.com/PontiacHeaven/
