I bought a set of these stickers from John Marcella and put them on my Glasstek fiberglass hood.

Yeah, $1500 was a lot at the time, but the car was not for sale. It was actually up the street from another car I went to look at near Shelton WA. After looking at the original car (that was a peice of junk) I stopped at the house where my car was parked and asked the owner if it was for sale. He said no, but didn't mind if I looked at it. After seeing it had near perfect deluxe interior, little rust and a Muncie transmission, I decided to toss out a high offer and see if he would bite. It worked and I drove the car home the next day. It also has a nodular center section ten bolt reared.

As far as pictures go, what you have posted so far are great...keep them coming. I took a photography class in high school, but you are a professional, I can tell.

I was a Chevy man before I bought my Firebird. The guy that I bought it from was a friend of mine and he told me he had a 69 Firebird. I figured it was similar to a Camaro so I bought it. He had a 455 laying around.

Love your car and my second favorite wheels too!

Mark sounds just like he did back in the day. We even had a discussion on this. Of all those rock stars from back then, many have lost the voice even tho a lot of them haven't. Mark still has it is all, even his wife Lisa agreed with us. If ever there was a chance to pal around with him and learn from him, I'd do it in a heart beat. But as Mark and Lisa said, they are busier than they ever thought they'd be. The big thing for them is a tour to South America this year. Several stops in various countries down there.... and they can't wait for it to happen.

As you might not know, he's no longer with Grand Funk Railroad. You could say he was "railroaded" out of his band. Mark has a few more expletive words as to what happened that I can't say.

Here are 2 pictures of a customers '65 I am bringing back from Ca. to Ohio. weather was very strange. causing the sky to be a funny color. If you look closely there is a rainbow in the one picture between the back of the car & the road sign. Unfortunately it did not show up as good as I wanted it too!

I took the first two pics today. I finally got the 73 K10 moving under its own power!

A little background on the truck: I bought it way up in Maine for $300 almost two years ago. Initial plans were to drop another drivetrain in it, and drive as is. After looking it over closely, I decided to do a total frame up which included a new cab from NC,and a LM7 5.3 mated to a TH350/NP205.

That K10 looks great- I got in a similar situation on our K5. Wife's grandfather bought it new- brother found it on a couple hundred acres he bought and gave it to me for Christmas two years ago.... as he says it's the gift that keeps on giving!

Day he gave it to us:

Cutting away the rust:

After my buddy painted it:

Sorry for the hijack- just excited about the truck

OK, I'll submit...sometimes it seems like our house I'd full of animals. It's almost like they are driving the boat.
