It's insane for sure. I priced some OSB in the spring of 2020 for a small project I was debating on starting. It was $18 or $19 dollars a sheet at the time. My sister just got some OSB to line her garage a couple weeks ago and it was around $50 a sheet.

I just picked up a 3/4" sheet of plywood at a yard/moving sale for $5. , I looked at it like Gold.
Prices are crazy.
