Default 670 heads

Hello,
New to this forum and it looks to be a great one! I have been a Pontiac guy ever since I rode in my high school friends 77 bird. Owned a few since and my current car is a 1973 Lemans Sport I bought 14 years ago. It’s time for a engine upgrade and I found a abandoned 468 at a my local mechanics. Nice build, forged bottom end, roller cam, and rebuilt 670 heads.
Engine has dyno time only. I feel the 670 heads would serve a better purpose on a period correct car then on mine and I could make a lot more power with an aftermarket option.
After searching for a while I cannot find a price in a set of 670 heads. Found a lot that need to be rebuilt, but no fresh ones. What are they worth?
Thanks!

Besides all that if that 468 was not built with dished Pistons those 670 heads have the compression up to 11 to 1 or higher!

If those 670 heads are fully rebuilt top to bottom with good heavy chromed stemed stainless valves , no sunken valve seats and good springs and with no porting work done to them then you could get 800 to 1K for them.

If they started life as early 670 ram air castings with the special stamping for the ram air valve springs then they could be worth a bunch more to a restorer !

Steve25,
The heads are completely rebuild and no port work has been done. The pistons are dished and has 9.2-1 compression. For $,1000 I may consider selling. Finding the right buyer will probably be more of a challenge than anything else.

Thanks for the reply!
