Default Interesting injection setup

Came across this today. Not sure if it’s been posted here or not. Thought it was interesting. Customer supplies the intake……

A perfect solution to build an authentic, street legal Pontiac Stratostreak powered winged sprint car.

I've been toying with the idea of building one for many years, but the 8 stack conversion to electronic has been way to costly for me to persue that dream. The price for this conversion is much more reasonable than most suppliers. Many I've looked into are in the $5-7,000 dollar range for a conversion to electronic FI, and again, you need to supply the mechanical injection unit.

8 stack Pontiac units are also few, and far between, so I've been toying with buying a unit from a SBC, and adapting it to a Pontiac intake pattern, then having the electronic conversion done. Using a tunnel ram base would probably be easier, and less costly. At least I know there is a reasonable cost option out there.

Food for thought, feeding the dream...........

Almost looks like a shorty Nash/Warrior with the stacks built into the top!

Yes, it probably is. They convert your supplied intake. Could use a bathtub!
