still waiting on the block.supposed to have it back at the end of next week.car is also getting a fresh coat of paint.will let you know when there is more to tell.

already dropped them off at ricks shop.took a set of 4202 raiv hooker headers and a set of rav flanges,now they are rav headers.2 inch primaries,should breathe just fine.

got the block back yesterday.have to thank steve and jeff kauffman for getting it done.things should start progressing along now.hope to have it together and roll into the gm tech center with it on the power tour.that is in june.

My vote would be not to paint the block and to paint the cylinder heads black.

my vote,which is the only one that counts,is factory blue heads.pulleys and the rest will be black.block and intake will be raw aluminum.

sd is a 74.pistons are ordered,3 inch exhaust is ordered.car should be paited in a few weeks.everything should come together about the 3rd week of may.still hoping to take it on the power tour.engine will be 4.155 bore-4.5 inch stroke=488 cid 10-1 compression hp estimate is around 600 using ramairrestorations 3 inch exhaust.

No , Its a 74 . Hes not quite ready to step up to a 73 sd yet!
