'74 Lemans road trip San Diego to Miami
"The main goal of this road trip is to show America that it is possible to buy a decent car for under $1,000, and we figured a coast to coast road trip is as good a way as any to demonstrate the reliability of a car. But what car?"

It looks like a fairly well used 63k mile car. If it was serviced properly, it should have no problem making the trip. However, it is 35 years old!

I saw that car for when it was for sale. It had been donated to a charity and sold on ebay with no reserve. I remember saying to myself that I would have bought it if it had been local to me. What a cool story!

These guys made it from San Diego to Miami in their $899 '74 Lemans. Maybe they will put it up for sale for a grand. This car would look great with some GT stripes.
