Default Solid Roller Recommendation for 461

69 GTO, 461, 10.6 compression, ported 62 heads (268/223 @.600), 950 hp on worked Tomahawk, Crower 1.5 stainless rockers, MSD distributor and 6al box, 3200 stall Continental, Dougs with 3 inch exhaust, 3.55 gears, keeping working a/c. Want to run low 11's, maybe 10.90s at track.

What do you think of this Lunati Solid Roller Cam?
Good cam for high performance street or bracket racing applications. Needs 3000-3500 RPM stall converter, headers, 10:1+ compression ratio and 3.90 gearing. Rough idle.
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 288/296
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 255/263
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .626/.626
LSA/ICL: 109/102
Valve Lash (Int/Exh): .020/.022
RPM Range: 2800-7200
Includes: Cams Only
Part Number: 40510513

Are you going to run pump gas ?. CR is a little high for it.
I have a 69 GTO and your hoped for times are exactly what my car runs. But I do it with 9.3 CR, 71 HOs, bigger roller, bigger stall, 4.10s and open headers.
Remember, a 461 will net rev with iron heads, short shift it and let the torque work for you. I shift at 5200 RPMs.
I have a new Crower cam that would do it for you.

I'm running pump case with fuel additive. What Crower cam are you referring to?

I have that cam in my 461 in my 68 GTO. My motor has 10.8 CR, 78cc Eheads home ported, 1.6 rockers, Northwind, 1050 Dominator, 1 7/8 headers with full exhaust. Car has TH400 w/3500 stall and 3.73 gears
Has run a best 10.98 @122 mph at close to 3800 lbs on pump gas.

I think your cam is good for what you're looking to run ,but I wouldn't use a Tomahawk. I would use better flowing manifold, like the Northwind..
