Default Harland Sharp customer service.

I think most of us have a high opinion of H.S. products. I just wanted to give there customer service some recognition.

I’ve been chasing a valve train noise issue. I thought the rockers felt a little rough. I sent them in and they rebuilt 15 and replaced one. Total cost to me, $0. I was told I’d need to cover return shipping, which was fine. I received them today, shipped on their dime.

These rockers are probably 12 years old! I told Steve at H.S. this when I first called them. He said, “ Yeah, we were having some quality issues around that time.”

Great to see this kind of service and I thought a good review was in order.

Man, this is the kind of stuff I like to hear, especially about products I've already bought.

You know it. I kinda wish H.S. made more products, so I could buy more from them.

I have heard other stories of similar "extra generous" support for their products. They show up at lots of racing events and support the Pontiac hobby. Made in America. If I was buying a stud mounted aluminum rocker arm, they would be at the top of my list.
