1966 Tempest
1966 Tempest – clean title has Pontiac 350 – rebuilt with lower miles, looks like new, turbo 350 transmission rebuilt with lower miles. Engine bay has been cleaned up. New front brake lines are run. Body needs some attention. Driver quarter panel needs replaced. Doors could be patched. Solid frame. Solid floor. Needs fender extensions. Trunk floor needs patched. Passenger quarter is real nice. Whole passenger side is in primer. Have all the trim. Exterior paint – dark blue. Bench seat, new carpet, nice dash pad, Interior is complete and Very presentable. Brakes will need attention. New tires. Nice platform to restore or continue to transform into a driver

A 66 Tempest Custom HT? It has the chrome along the fenders to the rear. That makes it all the more special. I even see the 4-way flasher unit.
The paint and interior are identical to the Tempest Custom I had back in 1972. I swapped out the plain hood for a GTO hood on mine. What a trip down memory lane.

Too bad, he seems to have disappeared. But probably sold the car anyway.
