Default Fuse Block Power - 62 Cat

Courtesy lights / dome light not working. Battery, door switches, fuses and bulbs all check out OK. Problem traced to fuse block... no 12v supply detected. Everything was working last year when I put the car into winter storage. What's going on here?

Mice?

No 12 volts at all at the fuse box?
Just the courtesy lights?

The main power to fuse box comes from the horn relay & junction box. (on engine firewall I think)
The light switch may be the problem also?

No mice! There is simply no 12v power at the fuse block. All switches and lights check out as OK by separate independent resistance checks with an ohm meter.

Check at the horn relay/junction block.
There is also a wire solder joint in the wiring loom I think before the fuse box. The solder may have broken?

If you don't already have one, there's a wiring diagram for your car here: http://www.oldcarmanualproject.com/t...re5765-335.jpg It helps to blow it up on your screen to be able to read it better. I'd double-check any connectors or junction points shown.
