Default 1968 PONTIAC ROYAL BOBCAT GTO for sale

https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0117-26...al-bobcat-gto/

It will be interesting what it sells for or even if it sells at all. I am sure it will have a reserve.

Already went through Mecum back in 2011, one of those "mysterious" bidding wars that ended up at $240,000, and no one took the car home.

I've got pics of that car from a few years back saved on my hard drive...being a code K fan.
For $200,000 they really need to straighten that driver's side headlight cover though.

I have a K color code car too, so I like seeing them too. I noticed there is something funny about the nose and valance fitment. I think the center of the nose is bent in. It is a beautiful car, but yes for that kind of money I would expect better fitment of parts.

Notice correct color on vent tube to air cleaner. Appears painted here vs. plated, but at least it is black!

Yeah, I did notice that Kurt...and yes, the nose definitely is pushed in a little at the bottom. Valence looks ok to me?
I don't mean to be critical of it.... it's a dream car for me. Always wanted a RAII car! The only one I like better is the dark blue Mattison II car.

I looked the car over and it was one neat car, whatever it was worth!

Probably no real money on the car.
