Default 70 GTO Pepper Green Judge just went on e pay today

There is a 70 Pepper Green Judge that hit E Pay today.

This is the description for a 40 grand car with 4 pictures and ZERO feedback

"Pontiac GTO Judge. Condition is Used. All original. Pick up only."

Is this guy for real?

I am looking for a 1970 Pepper Green GTO but this ad looks like the Craiglist oil rig worker who says sent the money and I will send the car.

Well, it's pick up only so I expect he would have the car if he expects you to come pick it up with $40K in your pocket.

Is there something wrong with oil rig workers?

No, but it's not an uncommon line used by scammers. Similar to the ones who claim to be armed service members who are deployed overseas

Don't believe it is a scam. Guy just wants cash and carry. What's wrong with that?

With zero transactions and feedback, I'd guess this person created the account just to sell the car - again nothing wrong with that. They are quite possibly the relative of an owner who has passed away or needs assistance selling it and do not have the understanding that a knowledgeable buyer will want more details and PHS documentation to even consider paying that kind of price for the car. They aren't even advertising it as a Judge in the main title. I think you are dealing with a person lacking in knowledge, not a scam artist.

The car certainly looks legit. If it's what you're looking for, you owe it yourself to contact them and see what the story is.

The thing is, he's not saying that. He's saying bring the money, get the car.
Sometimes those types of ads are the best deals. A lot of folks won't trust the lack of details and pics and the one that takes it seriously gets it.

Default It all depends on whether or not you want a pepper green GTO.

Sounds like there's a road trip in your future, Griff.

1,935.5 miles one-way..........

Just cruise on out there and check it out. Take the cash and make a deal!!

Lots of people who aren't that computer-literate advertise their cars on eBay. It's a big market.
