Default turbo or procharged hi port combos

im sure there are a few but any hands on combos using the hi ports? it seems generally many are opting for the e heads. I assume its due to possibly better casting quality and or the added height the hiport puts the intake manifold and exhaust ports. are there any other reasons i may not be aware of? KRE has a variety of porting and chamber options so i know its not that.
gto george obviously has abused a set of hi ports, with a roots blower.
thanks

I think the high port would work fine . just keep it as a stock port , no porting besides a match port to the intake.

People probably just go with the E head because it was the first one being used from the beginning, so its just been proven. You know how that goes ..

I think the high port would be a nice combo...

Old bathtub style chamber the e-heads have are more forgiving (larger tuning window) vs kre fast burn style. I'd guess that's a reason also
