U30 is rally gauges with dash tach in 69 also.
Power antenna shows up on the PHS as a separate option from the radio but when you ordered the car you couldn’t order a power antenna separately. You ordered a radio and for each radio option you ordered it with a manual or power antenna, the price difference on each radio was $31.60. I didn’t have a chance to check on how many of the judges have power windows but I will today or tomorrow when I get in front of my computer.

I looked into the power window option in Judges and it is quite rare in my sampling:
only 2% of my judge listings have power windows but 10% of non'judges have power windows However this needs to be put in context; First since almost half the judges are pattern cars that didn't include power windows you have to account for that. This raises the take rate to about 4% on non pattern judges. Secondly power windows was a convertible friendly option with over 16% of ragtops having it versus 4% of hardtops. Even if you remove the pattern judges from the calculation hardtops are still only at 6% Lastly, the personality of the car seem to be the biggest factor, most hardtop GTO's that have power windows are well optioned cars with things like Automatic, AC etc. Very few non Judges that were clearly ordered to appeal to the younger performance type buyer have power windows. I didn't check but I would imagine the same pattern applies to other options like power seat, power locks, cruise control, stereo radio etc.

To expand on the above out of 240 odd Manual trans Judge hardtops 2 have power windows, and out of 210 odd manual trans non-Judge hardtops 3 have power windows.

Not related to Judges per say but another interesting set of stats for all the GTO's (hardtops, convertibles and judge or not):
51% of all the Automatic cars have AC 10% of all the manual trans cars have AC Another bit of trivia; average number of options per car: 12.6 no cars have zero options 2 cars have 1 option (both Judges) 2 cars have 2 options (both Judges) 4 have 3 options (one is a Judge, so lowest option non judge has 3 options) about 25% have less than 10 options about 65% have 10-19 options about 8.5% have 20-29 options about 1% have 30+ Average price of all GTO's was about $4,200 not including transport and average shipping cost was about $89

Another update now that I'm over 800 69 GTO PHS's:
closing in on 5% of all Judges, 17 PHS's to go! Over two percent of all ragtops are accounted for now. as for rare options not much to report since my post last year (#9) Still missing examples of: ...economy and performance axle (only offered with 2 bbl engine option) ...instant aire pump (also only offered on 2bbl engine option due to conflict with second snorkel on air cleaner) ...two-tone with special paint (plenty of examples of either of these but no two tone cars also with a special color option) some tidbits: ...42.5% of cars are TH400 (55.1% of non judges (NJ) and 23.7% of judges) ...bench seat is on 4.9% of cars (6.4% of non judges (NJ) and 2.8% of judges) ...column shift (TH400 only) is on 5.4% of cars (7.6% of NJ and 2.2% of judges) this makes me wonder how many bench cars had a stick and how many bucket seat cars had a column shift? ...12.3% of NJ's had no wheel option (dogdish) and 64% of NJ's had RII's leaving almost 25% with either a deluxe, custom or wire wheelcover ...AC is present on 27.7% of cars (38.3% of NJ's and only 12% of judges) ...only 2.6% of cars have no radio ...over half of NJ hardtops had a Cordova top versus only 9.3% of judges ...366 (no pun intended) RA III cars and 43 RA IV cars (this includes both judges and NJ's) ...STT (posi) is found on 62.3% of cars, 50.8% of NJ's and 79.4% of judges) This really shows how judges were attracting (not surprisingly) a different kind of buyer with mostly stick shifts and STT with only 1 in 10 cars having AC or vinyl tops but regular GTO's were mostly automatics with vinyl tops and over three times the AC take rate of judges.

Something a bit weird on PY today, when I looked at this thread all the posts from 2018 were missing but now I see them and my first post today posted 4 times.
Auto level was only offered on the GP and full sized cars. Superlift shocks were offered on the A body but was quite rare; the only cars I’ve seen it on had a towing package as well.

okay. buddy had AUto level on his 69 SJ GP. My brother's 70 GTO plain Jane 3- spd stick has facyory air shocks, and so did his 70 Judge.
My interest is 68's ( got low fuel warning, Speedo Alert, power Ant, recline seat) and my experience is also 70's, making my 69 info meager. |

I've sorted the PHS's by dealer. only 5 dealers had 5 or more cars:
The most represented dealer is Russel Pontiac in West Hartford Conn, 7 GTO's in my listing. Next is Bill Beck Pontiac in Charlotte NC with 6 cars and then Porter Pontiac in Denver, Schappe Pontiac in Madison WI and Tri-City Pontiac in Eden NC with 5 each. None of the cars from these dealers would indicate that they were some kind of performance specialist with most cars being very typical "lot" GTO's. However having 5 or more is statistically significant given that Pontiac had 3-4,000 dealers at that time so for one dealer to have five cars or more means they must of been moving a lot of iron!

North did you grab a copy of the Invoice for the hard loaded 69 Burgandy 4spd GTO Convertible with Pwr Windows/ Pwr Locks etc etc etc ?... on eBay recently ?
Also a moderately equipped Black Hardtop project. Locks is a pretty low % on GTO But didn't see where it fit into your listing with a glance. Quote:

I noticed you mentioned 40 bench seat cars, 17 now with a stick.
Just wondering if you ever came across a bench seat manual equipped with the M13 3spd? Thanks again, Frank
