How old are these ? I guess a better question is when were they made?

Are they oil restricted? Or would you need restrictors in the bores or pushrods?

When I had Tomahawk Performance I bought these directly from Hy-Lift Johnson about 7 years ago. As with most solid flat tappet lifters oil restriction is recommended but not necessary.
