Allstate has been good to me. Yet, had them since started driving, and my parents had them. That extra info might matter to effect service quality.

I remember if I bought a new vehicle at a dealership I'd have the dealership call them .. boom, insurance 15 minutes later.

They were right down the street from me, they retired, I moved out of town.

Might try to find me a local broker in my new town, thanks for reminding me.
Thats the relationship I have with my insurance broker. I could probably get cheaper rates if I shop around every couple of years but I am comfortable with what I am paying so I keep going.

Default State Farm

Yeah, you could drop State Farm but then who is going to pay Jake @ State Farm, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce , Jimmy Fallon and the other million dollar guys getting big checks from SFarm

Ins Co. are nothing but a bunch of thieves. They all want your money but no liability..,.,,,,. my opinion only. Be glad you’re not in FL!

My experience...

Long time American Family, both my cars appraised around $75k+ each...

GN got a small rear end accident, turned into $18k.
At fault guy had Progressive, they offered me $2200, I went through Subrogation and American Family paid the bill, no questions.

Body shop said for big companies
American Family

Body shop said best for classic cars are really...
Haggerty
Grundy

Just went with State Farm and we'll see. Had Hastings and the will put a value on your home thats 100K more than you could ever sell it for and now raise your rates a bunch. Total Scam. Had AAA for 28 yrs. and had to dump them. Allstate Never again. Got to shop till you drop and not be loyal to any agent.

Great prices Great coverage
I had a bad fender bender they covered everything with no issues.
Only have good things to say about them!
1/2 the price of that other collector's car insurance. And got 10k more coverage.

Best insurance carrier for not giving you BS and paying claims easily without banging you on price. Is CHUBB insurance. But it’s expensive. It’s kind of a high end insurance product for people who don’t mind paying more for not having to deal w stupidity. I had some construction and real estate clients that used them and during a huge storm w lots of damage they were the first paid and no haggling on repairs or pricing.

When you are insuring a house, it's not what the house could sell for, it's what it cost to repair or rebuild.

If not insured to replacement cost (which would pay the claim in full) your home would be insured for depreciated value (which would pay you a depreciated value on any claim).

If you suffer a $25,000 loss, do you want to be paid $25,000 less your deductible or $10,000 - $15,000 less your deductible?

Check out USAA. I’ve had good luck with them, albeit not much in the way of claims.
