I have a 1973 4-spd with AC Trans Am., but it isn't stored where I live. I don't believe these have a spacer. I am pretty sure the shaft on the fan clutch attaches directly to the pulley. The clutches usually ended up leaking the oil, so they just freewheeled. The only way you would know they were bad is if the car started running hot at idle. On rare occasions, the bearings would go bad, the fan would fail and wipe out the radiator and fan shroud. I never had it happen to me, but other people have said this happened when their fan failed.

Never use a spacer when mounting a clutch fan.
None ever came with a spacer from the factory. Water pump failure and likely everything in that vicinity is pretty much guaranteed if you make that mistake.
