Would a '63 Tempest work for your project? I have one in WI. Needs to be completely redone but would make a nice race car as that is what I originally bought it for, but started other projects.

Post Bracket car

I have a '69 Gp J that was kind of heading that way. It's a complete car right now, I'd be willing to remove whatever you didn't want and sell it as a roller. Used to be a vinyl to car and has had old school bodywork (braised patches) that has bubbled. I have more pics if you're interested.

I have a 63 tempest that we were going to turn in a race car. It would be a project car but might be what you are looking for.
