Default Parting out 1963 Grand Prix

Just drug in a very rusty 63 GP that was used as a parts car for a restoration. Still has some useable pieces.
Car was factory equipped with 8 lugs, factory A/C, power windows, power steering, brakes.

Some of the A/C parts are still there, as well as most, if not all of the power window stuff.

Frame is junk, most of the body is junk.
Roof, firewall, cowl all look straight and solid.

I will cut patch areas from the body if needed.

Located in Iowa, I will ship small items, big items will need to be picked up, or you make shipping arrangements

Let me know what you need.Click image for larger version

Default '63 Gran Prix

I'm looking for a rear tailpipe hanger - it bolts to the top of the rear framerail. Rusty is OK as long as they are solid. $? Thanks!

I assume it's an automatic?

How are the bumpers? Straight and solid enough for cores?

Hello,

Does it still have round ball A/C vents for the interior? If so, I would be interested in them if they are not too pitted.

I'm looking for the A/C duct between the blower case & evaporator case, the passenger kick panel cover, the inner heater box and duct & flange from the inner heater box to the kick panel please. Also any engine A/C brackets & pulleys if available.

I noticed there was one still on the car when I strapped it down on the trailer, I'll check it's condition after work today and let you know.

Automatic car, bumpers were missing from the car, but I do have a couple 63 fronts in storage that would be decent for a daily driver or good core for rechrome. $150 each on those, will have to check and see if I have a rear core.

Bumpers I prefer not to ship

They were already missing from this car, but I might have some in storage I'll have to look

Some of those parts are still there, some are missing, but I'll check my storage and see what all I can gather up.

Does the GP still have the expansion valve for the A/C? It's mounted on the firewall under the evaporator case.

I'm definitely interested in the parts circled in red, and if gtoguys doesn't grab the valves circled in yellow I'll take those too. Any chance of getting a pic of the other side of that inner heater box?

The small yellow circle is what I need. Mine got plugged when I did the compressor exchange. How much do you want for it?

Unfortunately the inner heater box has rot on the inside edge, it will be going in the scarp pile.

$35 for the kickpanel

The cowl kickpanel metal piece is pretty rotten, as is the seal, I'll just give those to you if you want. I can send you pics of them up close first.

The valves I'm just going to sell them all complete with the whole plastic housing for $50

I don't want to split the 2 valves/plumbing and box up. $50 for the whole box with the valves

I don't need all the pieces. Please sell it to omarsphatt. Thank you for waiting on me.

I think I'll have to pass as well, I just found a set of kick panels elsewhere that are the correct color for my interior and I already have a nicely refurbished evaporator case. Thanks anyway.
