Default AC Compressor Restoration?

I have a AC compressor off a 68 GTO convertible. It's been sitting at my father's home since we parted the car out. Can these be restored? I'm assuming yes but I figured I'd ask. Or if someone is looking for an original compressor for their 68 this might help. I don't know the condition of it but it was out in the elements for a time.

Yes they can be restored. I'd like to recommend this video that shows how the A6 compressor is resealed. https://youtu.be/0c7QXLNqgBU You'll need to get some specialized tools to help disassembly and reassembly of the clutch and pulley. The seals they sell today for the A6 compressor are compatible with both R-12 and HFC-134a refrigerants.

If I recall it didn't. It needed a full restoration. I haven't laid eyes on it in over 10yrs. I'll be back in MA in June and I can check.
