Can anyone tell me please where you can get the rubber piece that covers the body metal when the filler door is opened

It is about 7" long and has a u shape to slip over the exposed metal strip
I runs vertical

I forgot about that piece Trevor, I was thinking the one that covers the metal edge. Call the guys at Fbody, they are really good to deal with and may have either one.

There is a channel shaped rubber that covers the white

It goes between the 2 tail light assemblies

It is 6 3/4" long

I have seen it on other firebirds just can not find it to buy

This is just a sheet metal edge guard. You should be able to find this at a local hardware store or a place like Grainger, McMaster Carr or other industrial hardware supplier. I don't know if it will look exactly like the original but it should come close.
