Default Please help identify

Can you help me identify the items circled in red? This is the subframe near just behind the steering box. What is that bracket bolted to the subframe? Thank you.

Looks like part of a z-bay assembly. Was the car born a manual, or have a manual conversion at some point?

Thank you JL Mounce. That is exactly what it is. It's the z bar frame bracket. My car was an automatic and that's why it didn't come with one. Appreciate your help.
