Do the engine frame mount bolts install head up or down

Answers will be interesting!! Was talked about Thursday at GTOAA. Final answer was any way you want or if the car was original, the same way they were removed. People taking a lot of 64s and 65s apart have seen them heads on top, heads on bottom and even mixed. Answers will be interesting..

1972 Shop Manual shows the head of bolts up.
On crossmember ends heads down.
