Headers in 67 GTO
Is there a way to install passenger header without removing oil filter housing? Go higher with engine? Already tilted engine pretty high but oil filter housing is in the way. Pain in butt to install housing with headers in the way, Thanks!

I've always removed the oil filter housing. I don't think you're gonna get around it.

It's not too bad. A little bit of a pain getting on the three bolts. Pontiac headers are sooo much fun!!!

Used Hedman Husler headers in my 1967 GTO. They are made in 3 pieces on each side and go on with no problem at all.

Interesting. I did have Doug's D-port in a '64 GTO (Swapping to LS now). NBD to do the oil filter housing. The Doug's quality is worth the effort.

I already have the Doug's headers so looks like I will have to remove the oil filter housing. Interesting that Herman does a 3 piece header, any issues with leaks?
