Default Flywheel bolt size

I have a 168 tooth flywheel but the bolt hole diameter is smaller than than the bolts that secure it to the crank, can these holes be enlarged?

Pontiac used 1/2" bolts while Chevy used 7/16" bolts, and both had 168 tooth flywheels so I'm thinking you have a Chevy flywheel. Don't think the offset pattern of the Pontiac aligns with the Chevy pattern even if you did enlarge the holes, but I never tried to make one fit so not sure. We'll have to see what others say.
