It's not clear from the photo, is it a soft rubber grommet or is it a harder plastic of some sort? Another couple possibilities are:
Try your local Ace Hardware store, they usually have a selection of grommets and bushings of various types in their hardware section. The companies that sell automotive weatherstrip usually have a selection of universal rubber parts that include various sizes of grommets. Try Steele Rubber, Metro Moulded Parts, etc. |
