Default Harmonic balancer marks

67 Sprint for reference. Are there marks on the harmonic balancer to check if the outer ring is lined up correctly. I am needing to advance the timing pretty far to get it to be responsive to throttle bumps. Also the vacuum gauge indicates late timing when at 5 degrees. Thank you in advance.

Yes both for timing reference as well as for slippage indication.
