rattle can paint colors for rally 2 wheels?
I did a search and found a few older posts, but am wondering what currently available rattle can paint manufacturers and color are people using today for Rally 2 wheels for argent and charcoal?

I used eastwoods...the argent silver seems exact and the charcoal grey was very close. Had to satin clearcoat afterwards which they recommended.

eastwood is very good quality & color match. but for a local option you can find at most home or auto stores, i use & prefer the rustoleum brand of wheel paints, the silver is perfect & the charcoal is very close, maybe a tad darker but if its not a concours high level resto it looks very good. its also heat & brake dust resistant & cleans up easily when needed.
i used it on a set of rally2 i use on a 72 firebird, they look like the day i did them after 6+ years. bought at a local home store called menards for about $5/can. also used their matte clear as a top coat for a little more protection. |
