Default Blue Oval Related Lemans Engine Development Marketing Video

Non-Pontiac but you may find this interesting if you've not already seen it. Early "pre-computer" dyno simulation cell for the 1967 Lemans effort.

Neat. Fast forward 40 odd years. Porsche rig, simulating g-force for (IIRC) testing oil/crankcase conditions?

We like Pontiacs but Ford had it together with that FE engine. Forged rods, shaft rockers, 2 3/4" mains which developed far less heat that did the big 3 1/4" mains. PMD copied features of the 427 head to design their RAIV head.
