Default 428 engine wanted

Longshot but figured I'd try. Just bought a 69 SJ 4SPD car missing its original engine. Looking for a WF or WL code engine but will look at automatic engines too if any out there. 267-246-6903

If you get an auto trans engine the crankshaft will not be machined for a pilot bearing. I made that mistake back in 1969 and ended up pulling the crank to have it machined. Just a heads up.

FWIW: I have a 1967 428 automatic car motor that was drilled for a pilot bearing.
