Just picked up the engine from the builder this weekend. Got the underhood area painted and detailed. Just got to get enough time to drop the engine!

Here's a few shots of my progress. You can see the blue I'm gonna use on the inner front fenders.

Man! I love Pontiac silver-blue engine paint!

Default IT LIVES!!!! BWAA-HAA-HAA..........

FINALLY started the Beast yesterday! Did the break-in routine. Sounds good with no unusual smells or smoke.

Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, the next stop is the exhaust shop, then the body shop.

Won't see the street for awhile yet, but I'm getting closer!

Just a little update. Been driving the Beast to work a few times to get the bugs worked out. Drives nice! Gonna try to get the A/C working next. How do I make these pics smaller?

Finished stripping the Beast this weekend! Just about wore out this fat boy!

Now waiting for my body man to get me in.

Thanks!

It looks better in the pics than it is. It had a home paint job with a million coats on it. Saved myself a lot of money by stripping it before the body guy gets it.

I like the large pics, doing OK there. Has your baby got out of body shop jail yet or even gotten in? NIce Prix, always like that gen. Keep the pics coming.

Still waiting for the body man. Been collecting parts for when it comes time to reassemble her.

Will post pics when I have progress.

Take care!
