70 judge hood tach location

hi, was wondering if anyone has the correct location for the hood tach for 70 judge. bought one from parts place and templet puts it 16 inches from rear of hood and 12 inch from side,inline tube video puts it 12 inches from rear and 10 inch from side.measurements are all over the place when googled, which is really correct? thanks.
