Yes, the one you pictured is the one Gary Oklahoma sold (after decades of ownership).
Purchaser restored the car.

The 4spd Aegena Deuce had Black Interior and Poverty Caps.
He did a frame-off himself , and then sold it.
#'s drivetrain intact - had been left in a field for a long time.
No one else recognized what it was on eBay - i don't know how he did.

The eBay picture of engine was of driver side - and low quality.
The exhaust shield completely blocked view of exhaust manifold and center ports to tell if it was Base, HO, Ram1 or Ram2
The shield probably made most viewers suspect it was a WT Base engine car.
If the engine was even original - or a low-po replacement of some sort.
No specifics were given on the listing.
Dream Deal for the PY'er who scooped it up.

Since mine has power steering do you think I would get a different fan and spacer?

No i don't.
But your WaterPump Pulley would be XE with Pwr Strg.

Alternator (unit) code #XC

Radiator (unit) #PA

The 4 Blade had the least amount of drain/drag on the engine.
Probably why they used it on those cars.

In post #9 from 68pongto you can see the part number for water pump pulley for cars with power steering (9786819).

Power steering pulley is 9786900. Alternator most likely is the standard 37 amp 1100704. A/C cars got a higher amp alternator or possibly cars loaded with electrical accessories or heavy duty fleet service.

I am still looking for a manual trans PA code radiator.

Interesting thing Jim Mino told me about date codes for RA II cars. This is what he told me. "Most of the RA II parts were done in batches March and April 1968. A RA II 4 speed car I sold years ago had the original engine and all the components intact. It had a very late (July 10) invoice but the block, intake, exhaust manifolds, and carburetor all had April (D code) casting dates. The distributor had the same 87C (March 68) as the other 3 I have and others I have seen. Apparently the acceptable range of casting dates to invoice date does not always apply to RA II cars. There are some exceptions like cylinder heads".

We know there were several runs of RA II heads including service replacement runs. I would assume components that the RA II cars shared with the standard GTO/Tempest line would follow the normal acceptable range for date codes.

Thats an automatic PB radiator. The plugs in the tank are covering up the transmission cooler fittings.

You're looking for the heavy duty PA radiator for the manual trans. PC is the other four row manual trans radiator and will work as well.

Is the 4 speed original? Do you have the PHS docs?

I ended up buying a reproduction from the Parts Place. Very well done and correct for a 4 speed. Fit stock insulators/core support perfectly. The replacement radiator in the car actually was a little thinner and did not fit the insulators correctly.

Personally have seen and heard of Automatic radiators used in many 70 and up 4 Spd trans Ams . This is first I’ve heard of it happening in gto but I would say it’s possible

I've been working on Pontiacs in my shop for 50 years and I've never seen or heard tell of a silver cad water pump pulley on a GTO or Firebird.....I notice in the pics posted below that the pulley is black and I believe that to be correct.

Here are several examples of virgin non A/C with P/S water pump pulleys. They all were silver cad. I now replate them silver zink because that is more readily available. I have seen many of them incorrectly painted black.
