What exactly is needed for a complete change over?

Or is it as simple as a new driveshaft and moving the crossmember back?

I believe you need a crossmember specifically for a t400. That and the driveshaft w/ a t400 yoke. Should be that simple

I think that passing gear is mechanical with a 350 and electric with a 400
