Default Throttle Cable Bracket for Performer RPM (pics)

Custom throttle cable bracket for the Performer RPM, fabricated/modified from an original Pontiac part. This one fits the early A-body throttle cable and possibly others. The RPM intake shown here had the two mounting posts shortened by about one inch, easily done using a saw, coarse flat file and a 5/16-18 tap to cut the threads deeper.

The extra heater hoses shown in the pics were one of my experiments in heating the intake with hot coolant, I never got around to trying it out unfortunately.

$40 plus shipping. Checks or money orders only, I don't use PayPal.

Please send me a PM if you're interested, thanks.

Any idea what the difference is on the early and late A-Body throttle cable setups?

Would like to run this on my 70 GTO and it looks like it would work, but hate to buy something that won't.

If your current throttle cable bracket uses a clip to hold the cable like the one pictured then it will work.

Pretty sure right around 1972 Pontiac changed the design to a square snap-in cable housing end, your cable housing end should be round.
