Default Fuel tank

I have a chance to buy a new SS fuel tank for about 1/2 the retail cost. Has it listed as a 65-67 A body tank. Just wondering if a Chevelle tank and a GTO/LeMans tank are the same if it turns out to be a Chevelle tank?

Dorman lists different PN's for GTO and Chevelle.

I noticed that. Seems the Lemans/GTO is slightly larger then the Chevelle by 1.7 Gallons. Well was worth a try being getting any sheetmetal in Canada right now is darn near impossible for most items. Sales want your money first with no guarentee of when delivery will happen. I have ordered pretty well everything for my 65 from Ames. Quicker then any service in Canada.
